围绕西南丰富的生物资源，生物学博士后科研流动站针对生物学研究的核心科学问题和生物医药大健康产业发展的关键技术问题，开展科学研究和工程应用开发，现已形成五个具有明显特色和优势的研究领域——植物学、生物化学与分子生物学、微生物学、发育生物学、细胞生物学。

本博士后科研流动站现有教学科研人员86人，其中中科院院士1人，博导21人，教授34人。近5年获得国家或省部级奖励14项，发表SCI、EI、ISTP收录论文532篇，授权发明专利161项，出版专著16部。承担各类科研项目248项，其中省（部）级以上的项目共 162，纵向科研经费8572万元，近3年培养毕业博士研究生35人，博士生发表SCI论文76篇。目前建设有6个省级重点实验室或工程技术中心。

本博士后科研流动站，将在国家“一带一路”等发展战略的指导下，围绕云南拥有丰富的生物资源，年均招收博士后研究人员20人，继续保持现有灵长类疾病模型等领域的国际领先水平，力争在生物合成、代谢与调控机制，病毒流行病学研究与防控、细胞信号传导、发育生物学等领域取得新的突破。

Focusing on the rich biological resources in southwest China, the biology postdoctoral research mobile station carries out scientific research and engineering application aiming at the core scientific issues of biological research and the key technical problems of the development of biomedical health industry. It has formed five research fields with obvious characteristics and advantages， botany, biochemistry and molecular biology, microbiology, developmental biology and cell biology.

There are 85 research staff in this postdoctoral research mobile station, including 1 academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, 21 doctoral advisors and 34 professors. In the past five years, it has won 14 national or provincial awards, published 532 papers indexed by SCI, EI and ISTP, authorized 161 invention patents and published 16 monographs. It has undertaken 248 scientific research projects, including 162 projects funded by the national or provincial natural science foundation, with a total funding of 85.72 million yuan. In the past 3 years, 35 doctoral graduates have been trained and 76 papers indexed by SCI have been published by doctoral students.

Under the guidance of the national "The Belt and Road" and other development strategies, this postdoctoral research station will enroll 20 postdoctoral researchers each year. We will continue to maintain the international leading level in the existing primate disease models, and strive to make new breakthroughs in biosynthesis, metabolism and regulatory mechanisms, virus epidemiological research and prevention and control, cell signal transduction, developmental biology and other fields.
