围绕西南丰富的生物资源,生物学博士后科研流动站针对生物学研究的核心科学问题和生物医药大健康产业发展的关键技术问题,开展科学研究和工程应用开发,现已形成五个具有明显特色和优势的研究领域——植物学、生物化学与分子生物学、微生物学、发育生物学、细胞生物学。
本博士后科研流动站现有教学科研人员131人,其中中科院院士1人,博导42人,高级职称98人。近5年获得国家或省部级奖励12项,学科以第一单位发表CNS正刊长文3篇,其中Cell 1篇(2021),Nature 1篇(2020),Science 1篇(2019),发表CNS子刊文章9篇。牵头承担国家重点研发计划项目1项:发育编程及其代谢调节,该项目获批经费7050万元,排名全国高校第一。参与国家重点研发计划课题12项。主持国家自然科学基金重点项目4项。近3年培养毕业博士研究生31人。目前建设有6个省级重点实验室或工程技术中心。
本博士后科研流动站,将在国家“一带一路”等发展战略的指导下,围绕云南拥有丰富的生物资源,年均招收博士后研究人员20人,继续保持现有灵长类疾病模型等领域的国际领先水平,力争在生物合成、代谢与调控机制,病毒流行病学研究与防控、细胞信号传导、发育生物学等领域取得新的突破。
Focusing on the rich biological resources of Southwest China, the Postdoctoral Research Mobile Station in Biology carries out scientific research and engineering application, aiming at the core scientific issues of biological research and the key technical problems of the development of biomedical health industry. Five research areas with distinctive features and advantages have been formed,including botany, biochemistry and molecular biology, microbiology, developmental biology and cell biology.
The Postdoctoral Research Mobile Station has 131 teaching and research staff, including 1 academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, 42 doctoral supervisors and 98 professors. In the past five years, the station has won 12 national or provincial awards and published 3 full-length articles in the CNS (Cell, Nature, Science) Journals as the first unit, 1 article in Cell (2021), 1 article in Nature (2020) and 1 article in Science (2019), and also published 9 articles in CNS sub-journals. The station has participated in the 12 projects in the China National Key R&D Program and leaded one project (Development programming and metabolism regulation) supported by the China National Key R&D Program with RMB 70.5 million, ranking the year-first all over the Chinese universities. The station has hosted 4 key projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. In the past three years, 31 PhD students have been trained. There are 6 provincial key laboratories and engineering technology centers in the station.
Under the guidance of the national "The Belt and Road" and other development strategies, the Postdoctoral Research Station enrolls 20 postdoctoral fellows annually. We will continue to maintain the international leadership in the existing primate disease models, and strive to make new breakthroughs in biosynthesis, metabolism and regulatory mechanisms, virus epidemiological research and prevention and control, cell signal transduction, developmental biology and other fields.
